Tru by Hilton Denver

Pretty convenient location, the staff are always wonderful, and the rooms are spotless. Good options for food and drink in the lobby. There are not microwaves in the rooms, but its not the end of the world. Clean pool, and a good gym.

Tru in Denver PA has been by far my best hotel experience. I don’t even know where to start!!! Between the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the incredible staff, and the delicious breakfast. While checking in the manager (Linda, I believe) made sure to make me feel right at home. She gave excellent recommendations for food and entertainment in the area. She most definitely went above and beyond, that woman knows and excels at hospitality!!!!! I will continue to stay here whenever I am in the area and will be sure to recommend to friends and family. Thank you Tru Denver!!!!!!!

Interesting. This was my first time visiting a Tru by Hilton. The rooms are small and very light on amenities. No coffee maker, no microwave, just a tiny refrigerator, two beds, and a TV. They seem to focus on making the lobby a social gathering spot. Rooms are very clean though and the bed is extremely comfortable! The lobby was quite nice. Foosball tables, lots of board games, plenty of places to sit, visit, and work. They have coffee, tea, and hot water on tap 24-7, and their pancake and egg breakfast bar is really awesome. The microwave is located in the lobby too. Walls and floors are a bit on the thin side. I could hear people walking around above me all night long, and walking past other rooms I could clearly hear televisions and conversations. Overall, I'd describe the rooms as very 'minimalist'. If you're wanting a place to relax and get away, this may not be for you. If you're an active person just looking for a place to sleep, grab a decent breakfast, and stow your stuff while you're out all day, this place is great. If you're into socializing with other guests, this place is also great.

We came here for 4 nights as a family just to get away. We really enjoyed our time. Hotel was clean as well as the rooms. The hotel is on a road that has many antique shops. Not too many stores around. Dunkin’ Donuts is basically on the property. Everything else is a quick 10-15 minute ride. We had a double queen room, which was fine for us, 3 adults and two kids. It was cozy, but there was a spot for everything. We don’t mind the size, but, some may think it’s small. Had a small desk and chair, and a bench with a top and bottom shelf that we used to hold our belongings. A nice size flat screen tv, and a small fridge to hold our drinks. Bathroom was generous in size and had shower doors, not a curtain! All amenities includes with an easy squeeze bottle attached to walls. Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit too soft and flat! My kids adored the lobby and we spent a lot of time in it. Coffee and hot cocoa available all the time! They had foosball, big connect four, checkers, and more games!! We ate most of our dinners in the lobby as they had many tables; as well as a microwave. The water refill station was a nice plus. Hand sanitizer in the lobby was full! Cups, plates, and napkins always available. Breakfast was good, and we loved the pancake maker with all the toppings! Staff was friendly, although, ‘some’ need to smile a little bit more! Pool area was nice as well. We will definitely stay here again! This hotel had a very home feel to it.

My wife and I stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Denver, PA; checking in on October 23rd 2025, checked out on October 26th 2025. This hotel is very nice, modern, clean and looks practically new. I asked the staff if this is a newly built hotel and they explained that "No, it's been here a few years". Well I must say it's very well maintained. The lobby, eating and reception areas are big and the decor is fun. It has a mural with an Amish painting that matches the area's vibe. The pool is clean and heated. It has a Gym which we didn't use. Laundry room as well. Huge plus for us, it has EV charging stations for 6 vehicles. Plenty of parking space and handicap spaces as well. This hotel has 4 floors. There's two sizeable elevators to take you to your floors, and they're pretty quick too. Our room is spacious, has a mini fridge, and lots of outlets, it lacks a closet but it has plenty of hooks to hang the clothes. The 55" TV is large for a hotel room, it has Netflix, Apple, SiriusXM, etc.. Our King size bed was super comfortable, the pillows doesn't hold the shape and/or form it goes flat easily, I had to ask for two more extra pillows. The bathroom is enormous considering the size of the room. It has plenty of toiletries and towels. the shower has excellent water pressure and gets hot quickly. Our room and floor was nice and quiet. The true star of this establishment is the staff, they shine though and through, extremely helpful, amiable and professional. Amanda in housekeeping was very helpful in inquiring to our needs. Becky, Vanapoli, Lori and Vienna in reception were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this Tru by Hilton in Denver, PA. I guarantee you will have a fun, safe and amazing stay with these folks.

Absolutely incredible staff. Hotel is clean and well kept, amenities are great, but the staff is what makes the experience. My 85 year old father had to stay there while his apartment was being remodeled. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that his needs were met. I highly recommend.

10/23/25 Stayed over for a couple of nights while visiting family. While it was a bit far from Lancaster it was still a nice hotel to stay at. I thought this was a brand new hotel but turned out they been open for 5-6 years. Very well mantained! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Spacious room with many lighting options. Mini fridge available . Storage bench for belongings. Free soaps, lotions, and hair product is offered in abundance inside the bathrooms and smells very pleasant. Showers are large with multiple water pressures. The pool is heated. The gym is open 24/7. There are a lot of family friendly activities in the main lobby like foosball, giant connect4, and a bunch of board games. There is a lot of different styles of seating for gathering or gaming. Individual cubby’s are available for a more private experience with desk work/laptop. Facilities are clean. Room was stocked with plenty of linens , smell is pleasant throughout. Free breakfast has many options including a pancake bar and yogurt bar. Staff was pleasant. This location was not responsive through the booking.com app
